Please note effective January 1st, 2011 the Canadian Border Services Agency implemented new requirements for Freight Remaining on Board (FROB) cargo.

NVOCCs shipping cargo from the United States to or via Canadian ports of call are required to file their house bills via Advance Commercial Information (ACI) or timely submit with their house bills with the master shipping instructions to the carrier.  Failure to comply with these regulations will cause cargo to be rolled, with roll fees being incurred.
